Gorillas trekking is one of the most exciting safari experiences while in Rwanda. The unique opportunity to see gorillas in their natural habitat is unforgettable. This is where you get to visit fully habituated 8 families of mountain gorillas.
This 3-day trip will take you to visit Kigali city interesting spots which may include the craft market, Gisozi genocide memorial site, Art centers, and Kigali Museum.
Afterward depart for a 2-hour drive to Musanze, the second the largest town in Rwanda, with its stunning backdrop of five volcanic mountains, the home of Mountain Gorillas and Golden monkeys, this will be followed by entering the forest in search of the gorillas in the forest which may take 2-6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas in the jungle. Meet and stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour.
you will also get a chance to visit the Twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo and finally Buhanga Eco-park as well as a cultural village in Musanze where You will join the local brew makers to understand the chemistry of the process of brewing a local beer from bananas.
These Magnificent twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo and its Swamp Rugezi are the excellent photogenic, serene, and scenic places for Bird watching activity.

Meet and greet a travel/driver guide at Kigali International Airport. your day starts with a complimentary Kigali city tour.
Kigali city is surrounded by lush green hills and is referred to as 'the land of a thousand hills.

Afterward depart for a 2-hour drive to Musanze, for your second day
, you will transfer to the park headquarters together with your packed lunch early enough to be briefed about the code of conduct while with the gorillas.
This will be followed by entering the forest in search of the gorillas in the forest which may take 2-6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas in the jungle. Meet and stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour.

Today is your day for packing, have breakfast take a visit to the Twin Lakes of Burera & Ruhondo and Buhanga forest which allows nature walks in different directions yearly and at any time of the day, though it’s important to visit this forest very early morning since it’s an appropriate time when the birds are actively singing which makes hiking through this forest more interesting and enjoyable.
After the tour, you will proceed to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
