Dian Fossey was a pioneering primatologist who worked alongside Jane Goodall. She spent 18 years studying endangered mountain gorillas, becoming a top expert on their physiology and behavior. Her studies helped to raise awareness of their plight and support conservation efforts, including the establishment of the Karisoke Research Foundation. This tour is a wonderful way to pay tribute to Dian Fossey.

Early morning, you will have your breakfast and meet your driver-guide, head towards the north side of Rwanda. Arrive in time for a light coffee and have a guided visit to Dian Fossey's tomb.
After the visit, have lunch and visit the Iby'Iwacu cultural village, gain insight into Rwanda's traditional values and engage with the locals.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.
